Bring your property management skills and grow with us at E & S Ring Management!  E & S Ring is a leading residential property management company with apartment communities located throughout California and Washington.  We have an immediate opening for a highly motivated and experienced Business Manager to handle all the day-to-day operations of our 128-unit apartment community, located in Upland, CA. The Business Manager will be responsible for all the operations of the apartment community, including but not limited to, leasing activities, administrative functions and maintenance department operations while managing to company objectives and operating budgets, maintaining the physical asset and providing a quality living environment for residents.  In addition, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, supervising and motivating staff while establishing a positive, productive working relationship with all team members.
 
A minimum of 2 years of property management or multi-housing experience required.  Qualified candidates must have knowledge of budgets and financial statements.  Experience in direct supervision of staff of two or more. Sales and marketing experience. Working knowledge of eviction law, Fair Housing mandates and other legal issues affecting property management. Computerized accounting experience, word processing, and type 40 wpm. YARDI experience is a plus. Must live on site, as a condition of employment.
