Maintenance Technician

Open position for a maintenance technician for a 262 unit apartment community. Will work closely with resident manager, will be responsible for maintenance, will prepare vacant apartments for new residents and performing routine and emergency maintenance of all kinds, Maintenance Technicians must have a working knowledge of all aspects of maintenance, repair and service; the ability to troubleshoot problems and take appropriate action; superior customer service skills; and a great attention to detail. At least three years of hands-on general maintenance experience including plumbing, electrical, and appliances required. A high school diploma or equivalent preferred. Valid drivers license; willing to work weekends and be on call every other week.. Availability, and rotating on-call responsibility for after hours emergencies required.
