Opportunity for a Resident Manager to Manage and Sell Mobile Homes in a Mobile Home Park in Pomona, California.

Must have an existing HCD Mobile Home Sales License or be willing to get licensed. Park will pay.

Must have strong computer and marketing skills.

Must reside at mobile home park.

Management Scope of Responsibilities:

Collect rents, Serve notices, Supervise maintenance, Etc.

Spanish bilingual preferred.

Free rent plus generous commissions.
