Alcole Properties, Inc. is looking for an experienced Off-site or On-Site Property Manager to supervise all phases on-site operations; the property is located in Baldwin Park with a total of 60 units. A minimum of 3+years' experience in managing HUD properties is required. This is a 100% Section 8 Project-Based property.Salary is based on experience plus benefit; competitive salary.

Job Requirements:

To supervise all phases of on-site operations.Submits required reports and maintains records according to company policy.

Responsible for HUD Multifamily program, maintain waiting list in compliance with all applicable regulations.

Knowledge of the HUD Enterprise Income Verification (EIV).

Knowledge of Fair Housing Practices preferred.

Maintain and adhere Alcole Properties, Inc. Policies and procedures.

Process, complete and maintain accurate resident's files at Move-In, Interims and Annual Recertification.

Ensures that all rent collections policies are followed including service notices to pay rent

Market units in accordance with an approved marketing plan which consider all federal, state, and local regulations.

Monitors maintenance staff and maintenance work orders.

Perform other activities or tasks not outlined above as assigned by the Director of Compliance.

Excellent problem solving, listening, and reasoning skills.

Ability to emphasize with residents and staff, while enforcing community rules and policies.

Basic mathematical skills with proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Real Page is a plus.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Software (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
