Burbank Housing is currently seeking enthusiastic property managers to oversee affordable housing communities located in the Santa Rosa or Healdsburg area. The manager will provide on-site management of the community, maintain an office and oversee all operations of the property.
This is a Fulltime 40 hour per week position and qualifies for a 401(k) retirement benefit including employer contributions. The resident manager may be provided rent-free occupancy in the desirable community.
A minimum of 3 years' experience in on-site property management required in the affordable housing industry. The starting wage ranges from $18.00 to $19.00 per hour depending upon the experience of the candidate.

A minimum of 3 years of professional office experience, customer and/or public service or hands on experience participating in the management of an apartment complex is required. The On-Site Property Manager maintains a business office and is responsible for oversight of the daily operations and maintenance of the assigned property. The on-site property manager must have up-to-date computer skills and quickly develop proficiency in the Yardi Voyager property management software.
