Aperto Property Management, Inc. is a growing Multifamily Property Management Company. We are currently searching for a Porter to join our team in San Francisco, CA.

Responsibilities:

In summary, this role is responsible for overseeing all janitorial activities for the property, which includes working with the Maintenance Supervisor.

Qualifications

1+ year's general janitorial experience.
Knowledge of the apartment industry.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English
