Responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization, achieve staffing objectives by developing and implementing effective recruitment practice, policy and procedures, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. This individual will set recruitment measures and builds relationships with internal and external recruitment vendors. The Recruiting Manager will play a critical role in ensuring our vacancies are at a minimum and we are hiring the best possible talent.

  • Designs, develops and maintain the recruitment process in the organization (including regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps) by studying organizational plans and objectives
  • Executes on recruitment efforts for Corporate positions
    • Reviews resumes and conducts phone interviews
    • Assists Corporate Managers with onboarding process
  • Assesses recruitment needs, explores and builds applicant sources, creates and maintains internal recruitment process
  • Explores the market/industry best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization
  • Monitors and constantly reduces the costs of the recruitment process
  • Manages and develops the team of Recruiters
  • Other duties as assigned


A valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance is required.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or the equivalent in related work experience, demonstrating a thorough understanding of Recruitment.
  • 5 to 7 years experience in high volume recruiting; minimum 2 years management experience; property management experience strongly preferred
  • Candidate must excel in the following areas:
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of recruitment with proven candidate sourcing and relationship building skills
  • Able to collect and interpret data-based measurements to demonstrate the effectiveness or failure of the recruitment system from position opening to onboarding
  • General knowledge of various employment laws and practices
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Familiarity with social media and other professional networks
  • Strong decision-making skills, ability to take initiative and manage multiple projects to timely completion
  • Ability to communicate, and collaborate effectively within HR, employees, management, and cross functionally
  • Detail oriented with solid organizational and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated ability to produce results and maintain positive attitude in fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong interpersonal, written /oral communication skills, strong team management skills
  • Ability to perform work independently to drive results given direction in the form of objectives
