Apartment Assistant Manager

Description:

We are seeking an experienced apartment assistant manager with strong leasing skills for a beautiful 200 unit apartment building 11 miles southeast of downtown Los Angeles. You may also be considerd for our West Covina apartment community. You may choose to live on or live off the property.

In addition to leasing, you will be responsible for application verification, move in and move out procedures, posting of rental checks, processing work orders, data entry and customer service. Computer literacy a must and experience with Yardi property management software strongly preferred. You will be a member of a property management team and must have the ability to work well with others and to be organized and efficient. You may be periodically requires to work at a sister property. You must possess strong English skills. The ability to speak Spanish or Mandarin is a plus, but not a requirement.

Job Requirements:

You must be a high school graduate and have recent verifiable experience in an apartment community of at least 60 units and be familiar with all aspects of property management.You must possess an operable vehicle and a license and insurance.
