Koreatown Apartment Manager-90 units

Pacific Crest Realty, a medium-sized property management and acquisition company in the apartment industry, is looking to hire an outstanding experienced apartment manager to manage two 1920s vintage apartment buildings totaling 90 units which are walking distance from each other.

Both buildings that are well maintained and are full of character, with boutique-hotel style lobbies.

We are looking for an energetic individual with strong leasing and organizational skills and who is detail oriented. We strongly prefer candidates with experience managing buildings larger than 50 units and have been trained by larger, professionally-managed companies.

The manager can live on-site or off-site and will work out of an office. We offer free rent (on-site only) plus a competitive salary, leasing bonuses, free utilities, medical benefits, mileage reimbursement as well as growth opportunities. Compensation varies by experience level and number of units managed.

Responsibilities include leasing, responding to resident requests, overseeing repairs and make-readies, completing security deposit refunds, and other reports.
