Resident Services Associate

Ideal candidate should have minimum 1 year property management experience, with a strong background in Customer Service. Leasing background is a plus. A successful Resident Services Associate must demonstrate exceptional customer service, problem solving and communication skills. In addition, candidates must be a team player, organized, driven, goal oriented, energetic, professional, and must possess good business common sense, initiative, integrity and high level of commitment to excellence. Experience with both Yardi and MS Office is required.
An associates degree or some college coursework preferred. Work Schedule involves weekends. Background and drug screening required as a condition of employment. EOE.

Essential duties, responsibilities and job requirements include:
*Primarily responsible to performing resident services function at the community
*Assist the leasing office with leasing activities
*Perform office administrative duties
*Prepare lease files and facilitate application and move in process
*Perform make ready inspections and move in inspections
*Conduct after leasing, after move-in, and after service satisfaction survey calls
*Assist in strengthening resident retention ad achieve occupancy goals
*Execute lease renewal process
*Facilitate resident events
*Assist the Property Manager in the daily property operations
*Work closely with the maintenance team and property manager in delivering and satisfying resident needs
*Assist the property manager in promoting a cohesive work team
