Resident Services Coordinator

Washington, DC

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Resident Services Coordinator to coordinate general business office activities in our Brand New, Luxury, Apartment Community. In this role you are the first point of contact with residents and will be responsible for communicating with residents and families and addressing any questions or concerns they have.

To become a valuable member of our team we are looking for the following:
• 1-2 years of customer service experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• High school diploma/GED; vocational training or college courses preferred

In this position your primary responsibilities will be:
• Preparing service requests
• Maintaining a working knowledge of leasing policies and procedures
• Maintaining a working knowledge of company policies and applicable laws
• Performing administrative functions
