Leasing Consultant

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour depending on experience

We are currently looking for a customer service motivated individual to join our team as a Leasing Consultant in the Long Beach area. Individuals with Leasing experience as well as individuals in the customer service industry are ideal for this position.

Qualifications:

•  High school diploma or equivalent
•  1-2 years working in sales, customer service, retail or a professional office environment
•  Assist the community manager in the day to day operation of the community
•  Self-starter attitude, reliability, discretion and ability to maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times
•  Must possess high level of energy, enthusiasm and a positive attitude
•  Attention to detail and accuracy with good organizational skills
•  Ability to work in a team environment
•  Excellent customer service and sales skills
•  Computer skills and property management software experience a plus
•  Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, good driving record, current insurance
