RHF has an opening for a full-time MANAGER at College Villas Senior Living Apartments . This is a section 42/Tax Credit (62+) 226 unit community located in Henderson, NV.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous tax credit experience required
- Property Management experience required - Marketing, occupancy, tenant relations, and maintenance supervision skills - Front line responsibility for project operations
- Superb verbal and written communication skills - Excellent organizational & strategic planning ability
- Spanish speaking preferred
