Service Technician

VPM Management provides an outstanding opportunity for an experienced maintenance individual to perform basic maintenance duties at a 156 unit Family Community located in Riverside. Selected individual will complete work orders, prep apartments for move-ins, provide outstanding customer service and respond to after-hour emergency calls.

Compensation includes a hourly rate of up to $18.00.

Qualifications

Selected individual must have a minimum of 2 years plumbing, electrical and appliance repair skills along with attention to detail and outstanding resident relations. Must provide a valid driver's license and certificate of state required automobile insurance upon hire.

Education

High School Diploma or GED Related training in plumbing, electrical and/or appliance repairs a plus Fair Housing and Safety Training a plus
