Maintenace Supervisor

Apartment Management Consultants, LLC would like to announce the opening of a Maintenance Supervisor position in Santa Ana, CA!
Maintenance Supervisors are responsible for the oversight of the maintenance team on a daily basis. They will manage the daily repair and upkeep of property, purchase supplies, and prepare vacant units for occupancy. Maintenance Supervisors will also be responsible for training, supervising, and managing the maintenance staff.
Experience Required:
- Operation of various hand tools.
- Ability to use various power tools and equipment.
- Utilize shop equipment and related gear.
- Ability to use company vehicles.
- Run a variety of vehicular and stationary mechanical equipment.
- Experience in painting, plumbing, electrical, and drywall is required.
A minimum of five years of experience in supervising 350+ units is required.
Pool and HVAC certification a plus.
Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
