We are currently looking to add an administratively strong, results-oriented Assistant Community Director to our awesome team!
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in an Assistant Apartment Manager role.
- Is marketing saavy and proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel), Google Apps and Yardi software.
- Is a highly organizaed and detail-oriented 'can-do' team player, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and exceptional customer service.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
- High School diploma or equivalency certificate.
- A valid driver's license and an insured, operable vehicle.
- Is able to pass a full background check and drug screening (no exceptions).
