Leasing Consultant

RHA’s premier property management company of the year 2015, First Pointe Management Group (FPMG) is currently seeking motivated and ambitious individuals to join our leasing team. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be the first point of contact at our apartment communities. You will help create energy and excitement around our apartment homes. If you have sales skills, excellent communication skills and are customer service oriented, this may be the perfect role for you!

Our Leasing Consultants are responsible for all sales/leasing activities from lead generation to signing the lease in order to achieve high level occupancy at our apartment communities. You will communicate with future residents over the phone and online and set appointments to tour the community. You will create marketing campaigns via various social media outlets. You will greet future and current residents and help identify their needs. You will be dedicated to fostering an on-going positive relationship with residents.

We are currently hiring a Leasing Consultant for our 178 Unit Apartment Community located in Agoura Hills, Ca.

Qualifications:

This is a fast-paced environment where every day will be different. We are looking for at least one year sales experience in a retail, hospitality or multi-family environment.

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Weekends may be required, shifts vary per community
