Residential Property Manager (Stockton)

A very established property owner is looking for an experienced Residential Property Manager, who is detail-oriented, organized and someone who is capable of managing projects and staff independently. Applicant must have expertise and solid exposure to all areas of residential property management to include: capital improvements, bookkeeping, leasing and lease contracts/renewals and vendor management, analyzing financial reports, capital expenditures and multi-year budgets, and strong customer relation skills.

Requirements:

4 year college degree or equivalent experience/education
Professional/Real Estate designation is a plus
5+ years in management role overseeing multiple commercial properties
Exceptional leadership, management and coaching capabilities
Must possess effective verbal, listening and written communication skills
Accurate input/processing of property accounting activities into Property Management program
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products
Working knowledge of Yardi Voyager is an absolute plus
