We have a Leasing Consultant position at our Community in San Ramon. Responsibilities include: strategizing and implementing marketing efforts that will generate a consistent source of qualified traffic, developing and maintaining a successful resident retention program, and providing extraordinary customer service to current and future residents.
Duties include: showcasing our community to prospective residents while maintaining a 33% closing ratio, following up with prospects, inspecting community, models, and common areas for cleanliness and presentation, planning and coordinating resident functions, and maintaining constant contact with other communities in the market place and delivering market conditions to Community Manager. Work schedule may include weekends.
Qualifications: Must be organized, able to multi-task, and be able to work in a high energy and fast pace working environment. Must also possess effective verbal and written communication skills, ability to problem solve and provide assistance to Assistant and Community Managers when necessary.
Previous sales or customer service experience required
Leasing experience a plus and Yardi experience preferred.
