Maintenance - (Painter) – Entry Level – Apartment Homes

Western National Property Management is looking to fill a Painter position at Raintree Apartment Homes, a 544 unit community in Brea, CA. Primary responsibilities include removing all cover plates, taking down blinds, removing all doorknobs, remove towel bars, toilet paper holder, etc., taping off mirrored wardrobes and all other accessories, patch and repair all holes. Texture patched areas if necessary, maintain all paint equipment, notify supervisor of needed supplies and paint, exterior painting and repairs including curbs, patios, exterior doors and other special projects.

The ideal candidate is polished, engaging and energetic. Candidates need significant customer service experience, maintenance, custodial or janitorial a plus! We want employees who commitment to applying their very best in a high-energy environment that rewards your efforts and dedication!

Job Requirements:

Previous interior painting experience preferred

Must possess a valid driver license and maintain current auto insurance
Must maintain an acceptable driving record

High school diploma or GED equivalent
