Decron Properties has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Leasing Consultant. We are seeking a Leasing Consultant to work at a property located in Chino Hills area. Responsibilities include but are not limited to leasing apartments, completing rental agreements, accepting deposits, answering phones, showing vacancies, record keeping, and administration.

Qualifications

Ideal candidate will possess minimum 1 year current experience as a leasing agent, customer service or in residential property management. Must have a positive energetic attitude, excellent communication and computer skills. Knowledge of Yardi, a plus. Must be available to work weekends.
