Leasing Consultant

Large property management company is seeking a qualified part time leasing consultant to cover shifts at two large apartment complexes in West Covina. We offer a flexible schedule, which includes some weekend days.

Responsibilities include: providing excellent customer service to residents and future residents, answering and tracking incoming leasing calls and emails, welcoming our walk-in customers and residents, and showing apartments. Compensation includes hourly pay plus leasing bonuses.

We are looking for a highly organized individual who enjoys working with the public and helping people with their search for a new Apartment Home. This is an entry level position, we will train you! Great opportunity to learn and gain experience in property management!
