Service Technician

We are seeking an Apartment Service Technician to perform maintenance work at our beautiful 88 unit apartment community in Sunnyvale. The position is full time at 40 hours per week, working a Tuesday through Saturday schedule. We require an honest individual with good repair skills and an eye for detail to perform the apartment turnover work. JOIN OUR TEAM NOW!

Qualifications

We require that you participate in after hours and weekend emergency response. Therefore you must have reliable transportation with legally required insurance. We require that you have your own tools. We require that you pass all our background screening, including physical and drug test as well as criminal/dmv/civil checks. We require proven Repair skills for Appliances, light electical and plumbing, light carpentry and painting.
