We are currently looking to add a Leasing Manager to our stellar staff!
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in residential property management, retail, sales, or customer service.
- Is a highly organized and detail-oriented ‘can-do’ team player, with excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Is marketing savvy and proficient in MS Office
( Word, Excel), Yieldstar, and On-Site.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- A High School diploma or equivalency certificate.
- A valid driver's license and an insured, operable vehicle.
- Is proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
- Is able to pass a full background check and drug screening (no exceptions).
