Maintenance Supervisor

FPI Management, one of the Nation's largest third-party Property Management Companies, is currently looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our amazing team!

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must have 2 years' experience in a Maintenance Supervisor or Lead Maintenance role in a Residential Property Management environment.
• Must be a dynamic leader, able to motivate and lead a team to accomplish property/ownership objectives.
• Has previous experience in residential property management, hotel maintenance/engineering, or construction.
• Must be knowledgeable in Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry, Landscaping, and Rehab.
• Must be proficient in Yardi software.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have a High School diploma or equivalency certificate.
• A valid driver's license and an insured, operable vehicle.
• Ability to provide and maintain own tools, if required.
• Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
• Must be able to pass a full background check and drug screening (no exceptions).
