Portfolio Manager

FPI Management, one of the Nation's largest third-party Property Management Companies, employs a team of professionals who are recognized as leaders in the multifamily industry. Our staff is distinguished by their professionalism, enthusiasm and commitment to customer service.

We are currently looking to add an experienced, results-oriented Portfolio Manager to our awesome team! The Portfolio Manager's territory will encompass properties in and around the East Bay area.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a multi-site Property Management role.
  • Is a dynamic leader with a minimum of 2 years’ supervisory experience, possessing the ability to positively influence, mentor and lead a large dispersed team.
  • Must have knowledge of various compliance regulations.
  • Has competent financial and analytical skills, and excellent reporting ability.
  • Is marketing savvy and proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel), Google Apps and Yardi, LRO, Yieldstar and/or On-Site software.
  • Has excellent people skills, is highly motivated and organized with a positive attitude and has a desire to provide quality customer service.
  • Must have a flexible schedule and the ability to travel.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School diploma or equivalency certificate required, 4-year college degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and work experience in the field of property management.
  • Valid Real Estate Sales License
  • Certified Property Manager (CPM) or other applicable designations.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and operable personal vehicle (proof of insurance required).
  • Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
  • Is able to pass a full background check and drug screening (no exceptions).
