We are currently looking for a dynamic Leasing Consultant ROCK STAR to join our awesome team!

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Should have a minimum of 6 months' experience in a Leasing Agent role with a proven high closing ratio.
• Must be able to work weekends, Saturday and Sunday required.
• Has previous work experience in residential property management, sales, retail, or customer service.
• Is a highly organized and detail-oriented ‘can-do’ team player, with excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Is marketing savvy and proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and Google Apps.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
• Possesses a valid driver’s license and an insured, operable vehicle.
• Possesses a High School diploma or equivalency certificate.
• Is able to pass a full background check and drug screening (no exceptions).
