OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Has a minimum of 2 year experience in an Apartment Maintenance role.
• Must be able to participate in the on-call emergency phone rotation, responding in an appropriate and timely manner.
• Must be knowledgeable in Complete Apartment Turns, particularly in Painting, Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry, Appliance Repair, and Boiler Systems.
• Is a self-motivated, customer service-oriented individual with exceptional attention to detail, and is someone who takes great pride in the quality of their work.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have a High School diploma or equivalency certificate.
• A valid driver's license and an insured, operable vehicle.
• Is able to provide and maintain own tools, if required.
• Is proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
• Is able to pass a full background check and drug screening (no exceptions).
