Resident Apartment Manager

Resident apartment manager needed to manage a 30 unit apartment building in South Redondo Beach. Will need to do maintenance and repairs, rent out apartments, call and supervise vendors, collect rents, post notices, and handle tenant maintenance requests.

Must also be available on weekends when needed. We require a minimum of two years apartment management experience, along with handyman and light plumbing skills.

Couple required.

No pets allowed.
