Sr. Leasing Consultant

We have an opportunity for a Sr. Leasing Consultant at our affordable, senior plus community in Porter
Ranch. Successful candidates are energetic, self-motivated, and experienced Leasing Professional with at least 2 years leasing experience. Working with affordable properties is preferred but not necessary.
Responsibilities include working at two property's at the same location, supporting and adding value to the company’s marketing efforts, generating a consistent source of qualified traffic, assisting in the development and maintenance of successful resident retention programs, and providing extraordinary customer service.
Duties include demonstrating our community to prospective residents while maintaining a 30-35% closing ratio, following up with prospects, inspecting community, models, and common areas for cleanliness and presentation, planning, coordinating and implementing ongoing resident functions, and maintaining constant contact with other communities in the market place and delivering market conditions to Community Manager. Normal work schedule will include weekends.
Qualifications
Must be organized, able to multi-task, and be able to work in an affordable, senior plus community.Must also possess effective verbal and written communication skills, the ability to find appropriate solutions to problems and provide assistance to Assistant and Community Manager when necessary.
Yardi and PopCard experience is preferred
