Leasing Consultant Needed
Full Time Position
Start date: Immediately
Anton Residential, Inc. has a Leasing Consultant position in the Anaheim area for a newer Tax Credit Community. Experience with 100+ units preferred.
You will be responsible for managing the sales process from start to finish. By assisting the Property Manager and becoming knowledgeable about community policies and procedures, you will become a valued team member.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
*Juggle multiple applications at one time.
*Greet prospective residents.
*Answer calls and inquiries and set appointments to visit community.
*Present the community through a personalized tour.
*Qualifying prospects.
*Closing the sale.
*Handling move-ins.
*Facilitating resident service requests.
*Provide excellent service to prospective and current residents.
*Schedule and process Annual Re-certifications
*Property walks / curb appeal
*Collect and post rent/monies
*Unit inspections
Minimum Requirements:
* Effective written and oral communication.
* Sales ability and assertiveness.
* Must possess a high degree of energy and enthusiasm.
* Professional dress and demeanor.
* Tax Credit experience strongly preferred
* Experience in MS Office - Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint
* Experience with Yardi preferred

This is a full time, Tuesday - Saturday position.
