Resident Manager

We are currently seeking a Resident Apartment Manager Team/Couple for a 40 unit building in Torrance. Must have on-site experience and light maintenance skills. Free two Bedroom Apartment plus salary. Attached office included.
Responsibilities:
Rent collection, preparing rent receipts, and rent journals.
Posting notices 3-days to pay rent or quit.
Perform light maintenance.
Supervise outside workers, vendors and contractors.
Showing vacancies and processing applications/credit checks
Composing rental agreements and move in paperwork.
Keep common areas clean and safe.
Qualifications
Previous on-site resident manager experience. Light maintenance and cleaning abilities. Rent collection, basic bookkeeping, processing applications and filling out rental agreements. Prefer to be local to the area.
