E & S Ring is a leading residential property management company with apartment communities located throughout California and Washington. We have an immediate opening for a highly motivated and experienced Business Manager to handle all the day-to-day operations of our 160+unit apartment community, located in West Hollywood, CA. In addition to providing a quality living environment for residents and establishing a productive working relationship with the property team members, the Business Manager will be responsible for managing company objectives and operating budgets, monitor direction of the leasing activity and all on-site marketing, analyzing financial reports, preparing monthly variance reports, supervision and development of staff and monitoring all administrative functions of the office.
A minimum of 2 years of property management experience required. Qualified candidates must have knowledge of budgets and financial statements. Experience in direct supervision of staff of two or more as well as supervision of unit upgrades (quality, cost and return on investment). Sales and marketing experience. Working knowledge of eviction law, Fair Housing mandates and other legal issues affecting property management. Computerized accounting experience, excel skills, word processing, and type 40 wpm. YARDI experience is a plus.
