Floating Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a team player with good ethics and a belief in excellent customer service.

This position calls for an experienced maintenance technician with a variety of skills.
If you're the right person for the job, you will have the following:
One year or more apartment maintenance experience
Ability to take directions and follow through on assigned tasks
A valid CA driver's license and operational legal vehicle
Your own tools, including hand tools and small power tools
Knowledge of preventive kitchen and building maintenance
Experience in light plumbing, electrical and apartment turnover
Some knowledge of carpentry, drywall and painting
General maintenance knowledge, including swimming pool care
Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test.

This position is Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm.
