Legacy Partners has an outstanding career opportunity for a Full Time Leasing Consultant.
Responsibilities include, but may not be limited to, greeting potential residents and conducting community tours, answering telephone and e-mail inquiries and overseeing the move-in paperwork from the application to the lease. Working with other team members to provide superior customer service!
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years successful leasing, sales or related customer service required, lease-up experience preferred. Must have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. Computer literate in Word and Excel. Yardi and LRO or Yieldstar experience helpful. Must be able to work weekends. Hair follicle drug test and background check required. EOE. This is a Full-Time position.
