We are currently looking to add a Leasing Consultant ROCK STAR to our stellar staff at one of our Market Rate properties in El Monte, California!

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Should have a minimum of 1 year experience in a Leasing Agent role with a proven high closing ratio.
• Has previous work experience in residential property management, sales, retail, or customer service.
• Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English. Bi-lingual Chinese a huge plus!
• Is a highly organized and detail-oriented ‘can-do’ team player, with excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Is marketing savvy and proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel), Google Apps and Yardi software.
• Possesses a valid driver’s license and an insured, operable vehicle.
• Possesses a High School diploma or equivalency certificate.
• Is able to pass a full background check and drug screening (no exceptions).
