We are currently looking to add a Leasing Consultant ROCK STAR to our stellar staff in Monterey Park & La Habra, California!
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- This position will float between 2 properties within driving distance of each other. 3 days in Monterey Park & 2 days in La Habra. Saturdays are required.
- Should have a minimum of 1 year experience in a Leasing Agent role with a proven high closing ratio.
- Has previous work experience in residential property management, sales, retail, or customer service.
- Is a highly organized and detail-oriented ‘can-do’ team player, with excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Is marketing savvy and proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel), Google Apps and Yardi software.
- Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
- Possesses a valid driver’s license and an insured, operable vehicle.
- Possesses a High School diploma or equivalency certificate.
- Is able to pass a full background check and drug screening (no exceptions).
