We are currently looking to add an experienced Maintenance Technician to our stellar staff at one of our properties in Pleasanton, California!
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Has a minimum of 1 year experience in residential property maintenance, hotel maintenance/engineering, or construction.
- Must have general plumbing, HVAC, electrical and apartment turnover experience, including painting.
- Possesses a High School diploma or equivalency certificate.
- Possesses a valid driver's license and an insured, operable vehicle.
- Is able to provide and maintain own tools, if required.
- Is proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
Compensation is $DOE per hour.
