We are currently looking to add a Maintenance Technician to our stellar staff at one of our 324-unit Tax Credit properties in Richmond, California!

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Has a minimum of 1 year experience in residential property maintenance, hotel maintenance/engineering, or construction.
• Possesses a High School diploma or equivalency certificate.
• Possesses a valid driver's license and an insured, operable vehicle.
• Is able to provide and maintain own tools, if required.
• Is proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
