We are currently looking to add a results-oriented Community Director to our stellar staff in Valley Village, California!
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Has a minimum of 2 years' experience in an Apartment Manager role with a Rent Control community.
- Is a dynamic leader, possessing the ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Is proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel), Google Apps and Yardi software.
- Possesses a High School diploma or equivalency certificate.
- Possesses a valid driver’s license and an insured, operable vehicle.
- Is proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
- Is able to pass a full background check and drug screening (no exceptions).
Salary DOE, Work schedule will be weekdays and weekends may be required.
