ON-SITE COMMUNITY DIRECTOR
FPI Management, Inc., one of the Nation's largest, third-party Property Management firms, employs a team of professionals who are recognized as leaders in the multi-family industry. Our staff is distinguished by their professionalism, enthusiasm and commitment to customer service.
We are currently looking to add an experienced, results-oriented On-site Property Manager to our stellar staff at one of our BEAUTIFUL conventional properties (687 units) in Los Angeles, California!
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a Property Manager role handling a large property (600+ units) in a high-end conventional and rent control community.
- Must have the ability to live on-site (housing included).
- Has experience with renovations.
- Is a dynamic leader with exceptional leadership skills, possessing the ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Is marketing savvy.
- Has excellent customer service, communication and organizational skills.
- Has excellent experience with MS Excel. Financial analytics, a huge plus!
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must possess a High School diploma or equivalency certificate.
- Have a valid driver's license and an insured, operable vehicle.
- Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English.
- Must be able to pass a full background check and drug screening (no exceptions).
