Community Director w/Maintenance Experie

COMMUNITY DIRECTOR

FPI Management, Inc., one of the Nation's largest, third-party Property Management firms, employs a team of professionals who are recognized as leaders in the multi-family industry. Our staff is distinguished by their professionalism, enthusiasm and commitment to customer service.

We are currently looking to add an experienced, polished and professional Property Manager to our stellar staff at one of our Senior Housing properties (34 units) in Rancho Palos Verdes, California!

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST HAVE:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Property Manager with LIHTC environment.
  • Must have Property Maintenance experience.
  • Ability to live on-site, 2-bedroom apartment provided.
  • Excellent customer service, communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel), Google Apps, and Yardi Voyager, a huge plus!

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must possess a High School diploma or equivalency certificate.
  • Have a valid driver's license and an insured, operable vehicle.
  • Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English.
  • Must be able to pass a full background check and drug screening (no exceptions).
