FPI Management is seeking an experienced Multi-Site Community Director. FPI Management, Inc. is seeking an experienced Multi-Site Community Director for a 92 & 41 unit apartment community in Port Hueneme, CA & Oxnard. Community Director must be bi-lingual in Spanish and strong in time management skills. Preferred candidate will have experience with managing owner expectations, reports, and expense management. The ideal candidate has a fundamental understanding of excellent customer service, marketing, and employee supervision. Must possess strong administrative and communication skills.
