Assistant Property Manager

Affordable Housing Assistant Community Manager Position Available. Project-based section 8 experience required and tax credit/section 42 (IRS) experience strongly preferred. Approximately 170 Units. 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday. Hourly rate is based on experience. In addition to compensation, company offers competitive benefit package.
Qualifications
2 years apartment leasing, office, and/or management experience required. Bilingual preferred. Knowledge of Fair Housing Practices preferred. Resident interaction experience required. Background & Drug Screening Required.
