Resident Assistant Manager

Open position for a professional Resident Assistant Manager for a 200+ apartment community. Resident Assistant Manager must have at least 4 years experience in property management. Must live onsite. Must be highly motivated and energetic. Will be responsible, under the supervision of the Regional Manager/Resident Manager, for all phases of the property operations and to act as main contact in the absence of the Resident Manager. Will monitor and direct rental activity, assist with onsite activities, be responsible for property marketing and comparison reports. Must maintain an ongoing knowledge of the local market. Assist in timely collection and posting of rents, knowledge and administration of all property reports. Must have basic computer skills, including Word, Excel and Yardi.

* Servicing Residents and Prospects

* Social Events

* Rent Collections

* Processing Move-Ins and Move-Outs

* Managing Vendors

* Administration of Policies and Procedures

* Managing Make Ready Process

* Coordinating Maintenance

Requirements:

* Prior Property Management Experience

* Computer Literate

* Fair Housing Certified

* Must Live Onsite

* Familiarity with OnSite Software and Yardi
