Apartment / Property Manager

Regional property Management Company needs an experienced tax credit manager for an apartment community in the Antioch area. This is a career opportunity for a multifamily management professional with potential for advancement. The position reports to the regional manager and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the daily operations of the apartment community including rent collection, leasing, resident retention, marketing, maintenance operations, accounting functions and weekly and monthly reporting. The right candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, be a self starter, a team leader and have a proven track record of successfully managing a 200+ unit apartment community for a minimum of 3 years.
