Leasing Consultant - Westwood

Los Angeles Property Management Company seeks for immediate hire Leasing Consultants for UCLA area properties. Applicants must have minimum 3 years extensive sales or leasing experience. Must work well with student market; must be energetic, with strong customer service and administrative skills; professional appearance and attitude. Responsibilities include: * Answering leasing inquiries/securing appointments * Giving property tours * Generating traffic reports * Closing & processing rental applications * Preparing resident lease files * Assist with move-in coordination Full time.
