Portfolio Manager

Rapidly growing real estate management company is looking for an experienced Residential Portfolio Manager to oversee several residential properties in the West Los Angeles area. The experience must be current and include responsibility for overseeing a multi unit portfolio of 800+ residential units.
The responsibilities of the Portfolio Manager are to supervise managers and staff focusing on occupancy, managing expenses, resident retention and meeting ownership goals.

Qualifications
Qualified candidate will have 5 years of current residential property management experience, in a supervisor capacity with experience managing a staff of 20+ employees. Must have experience overseeing A-D rated properties. Must be organized, have excellent communication skills, detail oriented and have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Knowledge of Yardi is preferred.
