Maintenance Technician - Town C Waverly

West LA Property Management Company seeks to fill a Floater Maintenance Technician position to repair and maintain apartment communities in Burbank and Silver Lake areas. Will be required to work at least four different locations so must have own transportation. Mileage reimbursed. Minimum 5 years property maintenance experience. HVAC licensed a plus. Repair and maintain apartment community. This position requires fulfilling resident maintenance requests and other building projects that may include painting, carpet cleaning, and power washing. Attention to detail required. Full time hours between 7:30am - 6:00pm, may include weekends. Excellent compensation and benefits. Drug-free environment.
