MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN -Natomas/Sacramento, CA
Lewis Apartment Communities, a division of one of the largest privately owned Real Estate developers and Property Managers in the nation, currently seeks EXPERIENCED ON-SITE Maintenance Technicians for full-time positions at our beautiful, upscale and busy communities in the Natomas and Sacramento areas.
POSITION WOULD REQUIRE PREVIOUS APARTMENT / RESIDENTIAL MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE.
The right candidates would have skills in all aspects of general residential maintenance including:
1. Strong all-around maintenance skills in the apartment industry
2. Experience in carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, and appliance (dishwashers, stoves, etc) installation and repair
3. Making ready units for new occupancy
4. Maintaining units of current residents
5. Maintaining the leasing office and all recreation facilities
NOTE: Position requires reliable transportation and a valid CA drivers license.
